Belgrade-based Orgnostic took a $5 million investment

Serbian startup Orgnostic, which makes software that helps companies have more complete HR insights and make better decisions, has taken a $5 million seed investment.

The main investor in this round is the Berlin based fund Earlybird Venture Capital. In addition to many other investors, Tihomir Bajić from Serbian Entrepreneurs and Eric Reese, known for the book Lean Startup, also participated again.

Orgnostic is the human capital analytics platform for startups. Under the slogan “Making your intangibles tangible”, the startup aims to provide managers with input on how to increase employee and customer satisfaction while improving profit margin. As the next steps, the company is looking to turn their product into a “complete” SaaS product.

In September last year, Orgnostics raised $900,000 investment – you can read more about this in our previous blog post.
